Yes, the frosting ingredients includes the milk. The milk added a tablespoon at a time is extra, in case the frosting is too thick. I hope that helps!

“bring the frosting ingredient to boil” , does that include milk? as i was kind of confuse when you say “Add milk a tablespoon at a time if needed”, does that mean EXTRA milk? or from the 1/3 cup of milk?

This looks so good! When I was I kid I used to eat these peanut butter cake bars at school and I’ve been trying to recreate the recipe ever since. This looks pretty darn close. Can’t wait to try it!
