Kitchen Tip: Removing Scratches on Porcelain

Do you have any porcelain that looks like this?
It’s unfortunate, but it’s not permanent! You can easily remove these marks with a little help from Bar Keepers Friend. The first time I tried to find Bar Keepers Friend in the store, I couldn’t. Your best bet is to look near the powdered cleaners like Comet and such.
Shake a little out onto the dish, scrub lightly with a damp cloth/sponge, and just like magic… the marks disappear!
Yes, that really is the same plate!
It works on coffee mugs too.

It is not a permanent fix, as the marks will reappear as you use the dish. However, it definitely helps keep your dishes looking nice
