Last week, I didn’t get to the shrimp, so I hope to make it early this week. We also have my husband’s family coming into town for a family Christmas this coming weekend. They have a tradition of eating butterball and noodle soup, which is a variation of chicken noodle soup. The butterballs are spiced dumplings made with cream, that almost look like meatballs. My husband and my brother-in-law have been known to quibble every Christmas over who got more butterballs in their soup!
This week, I am going to try three new recipes for dinner, and one for breakfast/snacks. I am excited to try more new recipes this week. It helps keep things interesting around here!
Honey Lime Shrimp (new recipe to us!), steamed broccoli, rice
Baked Potato Casserole (new recipe to us!)
Black Bean Chorizo Chili (new recipe to us!), sweet corn muffins
Lasagna (from the freezer), corn, garlic bread
Swedish Meatballs (meatballs from the freezer) with egg noodles, peas
Butterball & Noodle Soup, no-knead bread
What’s on your menu plan this week?
