It’s great to be back to menu planning after a brief hiatus!  Between San Francisco and a few days back in my hometown, we were home for one meal last week, and I picked up a take-and-bake pizza just to keep things simple.  We had some great food in San Francisco (please, eat at Seven Hills if you ever get the chance!), and I might try to re-create a few of the great meals we had in SF in my own kitchen sometime in the near future!

Shepherd’s Pie
Chicken & Roasted Pepper pasta
Ham, Potato, and Broccoli Casserole (will be substituting for the “cream of” soup)
Crispy Quinoa Bake, tortilla chips
Spaghetti Bake (inspired by this recipe, but I won’t follow it much!)
Sweet & Sour Chicken, steamed broccoli
