What a beautiful weekend we’ve had!  The crisp fall air and sunshine were just what I needed.  It is so great to be able to spend time outdoors enjoying our family.

I didn’t stick to our menu plan 100 % last week because my son begged me to make “meatballs, gravy, and noodles” 🙂 I ended up making enough meatballs for two other meals, so I put those in the freezer for a quick dinner in the next few months.  So, we are going try the new chili recipe this week instead (hopefully!).  I am trying 4 new recipes this week, so we’ll see how they pan out.

Bacon Chicken Bake (new recipe to us!), garlic bread
Roasted Sausage & Vegetables, sweet potato biscuits (new recipe to us!)
Honey Mustard Chicken with Bacon & Mushrooms, green beans
Buffalo Chicken Chili (new recipe to us!)
Mexican Lasagna (new recipe to us!)
Ground Beef Shepherd’s Pie
Leftovers or Freezer Meal
