Are you starting to feel ready for spring?  I am!  The snow was fun, but I am ready for sunshine & flowers.  I am also ready for my husband to start firing up the grill again 😉

We are going to try two new recipes this week.  We liked the chicken & dumplings from last week, but some of the dumplings fell apart in the soup making it extra thick.  If I make it again, I won’t thicken it with flour!  I also think they fell apart because I made the dumplings smaller than the recipe called for (it said 8, and I thought they would never cook through if they were that large).

Bean & Cheese Burritos, corn
Stuffed Mushrooms, salad
Almond & Rosemary Chicken, Roasted Cauliflower
Ham & Cheese Stromboli (new recipe to us!)
Pizza Casserole, Garlic & Cheese Biscuits
