Last week, I made all but one of the new recipes. I did not get to the sriracha chicken, but maybe some other week. The other new recipes were good, though! This week, it seems as though we’ve all come down with the sniffles and just aren’t our usual healthy selves, so I think it’s time for some comfort food, lots of fluids, and rest!
Chicken Noodle Soup, coffee cake muffins
Black bean & cheese quesadillas, corn, lettuce salad
Macaroni and Cheese, peas
Chicken Taquitos (new recipe to us)
Beef stew, cornbread
Super Bowl Party! (We are taking homemade pretzels)
Freezer meal/flex day (can’t make up my mind ;))
