How was your weekend?  We took the pace down a quite few notches, and it was amazing. It feels great to have some time to breathe and rest with nowhere to be now and then.  Time at home with my family really recharges me 🙂

I want to make the tortellini bake early this week, since I didn’t get to it last week, and I already have the ingredients.  Lately I haven’t had as much time in the kitchen as I would like, and I am really hoping that can turn around… Being in the kitchen is my favorite hobby!

Dinners
Sloppy joes, peas, chips
Tacos, chips & salsa
Tuna, Tomato, Red Onion, and Olive Pitas
Grilled chicken, Bacon & Balsamic Green Beans (new recipe to us)
Tortellini-Vegetable Bake (new recipe to us; I may add chicken…)
Quinoa Salad with spinach, strawberries, and blueberries (new recipe to us)
Dinner at our friends’ house (we’ll take a side or dessert)

What’s on your menu plan this week?
