Weekly Menu Plan, Oct 5 – Oct 11

I heard a joke.  I hope you appreciate it!

What’s green and sings? (answer later)…

This week, it’s going to be a little more crazy than usual, so I hope I can keep up with it!  I’m in serious need of some inspiration to write a new recipe post… Do you have any suggestions for a type of recipe that you’d like to see?  Main dish?  Dessert?

Dinners
Shepherd’s Pie
Crispy Quinoa Bake
Corned beef & cabbage
Pasta with Roasted Tomatoes (new recipe to us)
Wild Rice Soup (new recipe to us – will probably add chicken), sourdough bread
Pizza (again 🙂 )
Leftovers

And here’s the answer to the joke: Elvis Parsley 😉

What’s on your menu plan this week?

  1. I’m going to try the Crispy Quinoa Bake as well. I love that it has lots of veggies.

When I look at your site (which I do every week), I’m generally looking for dinner ideas & at this time of year, I prefer soups & casseroles. Mostly tho, I keep my eyes out for vegetable ideas whether as part of a dish or on their own.

I’ve found some good ideas here – thanks for helping me out.
