I made sure to take pictures of our chili recipe this weekend, and I hope to share that with you this week!  It is a meaty chili (no beans!) with a good amount of spice.

As for this week’s menu plan… We did not get to try the salmon last week, so I’m going to shift that recipe to this week.  After really reading through the new pasta recipe from last week, I realized it wasn’t very different from a sausage and pepper pasta dish that I already have on my site!  Regardless, we still tried it (with some added garlic) and it was good.  I can’t make up my mind about which kind of sandwiches I want to make this week, either.  I’ve been a little indecisive lately!
