I skipped posting a menu plan last week because we spent half of the week at my folks’ house for Spring Break. It was great to relax and not worry too much about cooking. I did help out in the kitchen and made a few things while I was there, including strawberry shortcake and blueberry muffins. We ate really well 🙂

This week, I would like to try two new recipes, so we shall see if that happens. If we do get to them, I will be sure to update you all as to what we thought of them!
