Weekly Menu Plan, Mar 27 – Apr 2

Last week, we tried the pasta dish but not the pork chops. We thought the pasta was pretty good. I made it with half milk and half half-and-half, though, since I thought straight cream was a little more richness than we needed! The sauce was a little on the dry side (and so was the chicken), but I attribute that to my cooking, not the recipe. We also didn’t have pizza, so we’ll try to do that this week… In fact, I found out on Friday that I actually won a free large pizza from the local pizza shop! I feel like I never win anything, so that was a fun phone call to get ๐Ÿ™‚ Instead of the chops and pizza, we had chili (it sounded so good on a chilly ๐Ÿ˜‰ day) and ham & cheese biscuits (another thing that just sounded good!).

Pulled Pork sandwiches, potato salad, chips

Dinner at a fundraiser
Dinner at church
