I’m back. No, I did not forget about menu planning, but these past two weeks have just been a whirlwind. We were traveling some the week before, and then last week was Vacation Bible School for the kids in the evening. Many nights we had very simple meals, like sandwiches. It was pretty exhausting, and I am glad we’re finally back to a normal schedule!
