Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

I have been making these Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins for some time now, and I am not sure why I have not shared this recipe with you all yet!  Regardless, this is currently our favorite recipe for blueberry muffins, no matter what time of year.  During the summer, we use fresh blueberries.  In the winter, we use frozen blueberries, and they are still delicious.  I hope that you will enjoy this blueberry muffin recipe as much as we do!

Homemade Pizza Sauce

Homemade pizza sauce is easier to make than I thought!  One time, I was out of it with no time to go to the store, so I grabbed some tomato sauce and started experimenting.  I must say that this sauce is so much more flavorful than the sauce you buy in a store.  And you can control the amount of the spices to your liking!

In about 30 minutes or so, you can have pizza sauce at the ready, for using to top a pizza, or to use for dipping with crispy ravioli!
