Cookies ‘n’ Creme Brownies mix together your favorite chocolaty brownies with chewy cookies made with the white chocolate and crunchy chocolate bits of Hershey’s Cookies ‘n’ Creme cookie mix! This special combination is easily made with the convenience of boxed mixes and is sure to please the chocolate lovers in your life.
All you need for this recipe are two boxed mixes and the ingredients needed to mix them up:
In separate bowls, mix together cookie mix and brownie mix as directed on boxes.
Spread prepared brownie batter in prepared pan.
Drop cookie batter by spoonfuls on top of brownie batter.
Bake in the preheated oven until a clean toothpick inserted near the center of the brownies comes out clean.
Cookies ‘n’ Creme Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 box Hershey’s Cookies ‘n’ Cream cookie mix
- 1 box family size Betty Crocker brownie mix
- ingredients as called for on boxes water, oil, eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13”x9” pan and set aside.
- In separate bowls, mix together cookie mix and brownie mix as directed on boxes. Spread prepared brownie batter in prepared pan. Drop cookie batter by spoonfuls on top of brownie batter.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a clean toothpick near the center of the brownies. If the toothpick comes out clean, the brownies are done.
