We tried one new recipe last week, and it was decent. The wraps were even better with avocados!  I definitely recommend the addition of avocados if you have them!  My kids talked me into “meatballs, gravy, and noodles” instead of pretzel dogs, so I need to get to those soon.  This week is another busy one (my husband is traveling for work again), so I’m going to be relying on a few kid-pleasing easy-to-make meals to help the time go more smoothly!

Pretzel Dogs, peas
Bulgogi Korean BBQ, rice
Slow-Cooker Chicken Tostadas
Quesadillas (my daughter’s favorite 😉 ), carrots
Pizza with friends (I am putting together a salad)
Dinner with our small group (we are taking my favorite berry tart and some cookie bars!)
