What a whirlwind week last week!  My husband was traveling for work, and we hosted our families for both a celebration of my daughter’s third birthday and Easter.  It was a busy week and weekend, but we made it 🙂

Of the new recipes, we liked the fries (even though I over-baked them a little).  The sourdough rolls were a little odd texture-wise, so I’m not sure that I’ll make them again.  Do you all know of any good uses for sourdough starter?  The sourdough recipe that I’ve been using calls for fed starter, so any time I make it, I’ve got a cup of starter that I either have to use or toss.  Frugal me can’t imagine throwing it away! 😉

Chicken Penne Bake (new recipe to us), garlic bread
Green Pork Enchiladas (using leftover pulled pork from last week)
Chicken Bacon & Ranch Wraps, with Avocado
Salt & Pepper Chicken, edamame
Leftover Ham (maybe quiche? or casserole?)
Macaroni & Cheese, peas
Pretzel Dogs, corn
