The new chicken & bacon dish from last week was pretty good. I made a few adjustments to the recipe to make more sauce/gravy, and I should have used a little less garlic. Other than that, it was well-reviewed by the whole family.

We are going to try two new recipes this week (hopefully!).  It’s finally going to stay cool for the week, so I can turn on my oven without feeling guilty 🙂  I love just about every season, but this particular time during fall is pretty high up on my list!
