White Chocolate Covered Popcorn

Ingredients

cups
popped popcorn
about 1/2 cup unpopped kernels

cups
plain cereal
recommended: Rice Krispies, Cheerios, Chex, etc.

cup
candies or nuts
or a mix
1
pound
almond bark
chocolate, white chocolate, or vanilla flavored

tablespoons
peanut butter
Instructions
Melt the almond bark in the microwave on high, stirring every 15 seconds. Once melted, add the peanut butter and stir well.
In a large bowl, combine the popped popcorn, cereal, and candies (or nuts). Pour chocolate mixture over popcorn and stir well.
Spread popcorn out on waxed paper and let dry. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
Pretzels are another great mix-in for this treat!
