2cupsbeef broth or cooking liquid from turkey or pot roast
1/4cupcold water
2tablespoonscorn starch
Instructions
Heat broth in pan until simmering. Mix together cold water and corn starch. Add to pan and stir constantly. Bring to a simmer, cook and stir for about a minute, until sauce is thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste. To keep warm, lower heat on stove and stir frequently.
