Simple Baked Meatballs

Ingredients

ground beef

ground pork

cup
finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/2

unseasoned dried breadcrumbs
1/3
cup
milk

eggs
3
garlic cloves
minced

tablespoons
chopped fresh parsley

tablespoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl with clean hands. Roll into ping-pong ball-sized meatballs and place 1 inch apart on greased baking sheets.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven until cooked through, about 15 to 20 minutes. Use immediately, or cool and freeze up to 3 months for later use.
