Toss the chicken in teriyaki sauce, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
When you're ready to cook, turn on the broiler. Line a baking sheet with some foil, and fold up the edges a little bit to catch any juices from the chicken. Lightly spray foil with cooking spray, or spread a small amount of oil around on the foil to prevent chicken from sticking. Arrange chicken on foil in a single layer. Discard marinade.
Cook chicken under broiler about 4 minutes. Remove from oven, turn pieces over, and broil another 4 to 5 minutes, until cooked through.
