1/2cuppeanut butter
1cupmilk
2eggs
1/2cupchocolate chips
1/2cuppeanut butter chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a muffin tin with cupcake papers or spray lightly with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, combine butter and peanut butter. Add milk and mix well. Add eggs and stir until well combined. Pour peanut butter mixture into flour mixture and stir just until combined. Add in chocolate and peanut butter chips and stir just until mixed.
Fill muffin cups with batter. Bake in preheated 375 degree F oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick near the center of a muffin. If it comes out clean, the muffins are done. Cool, and store in an airtight container.
