Instructions
Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off fat.
Add rice, chicken broth, and celery to pan. Cover, and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, and cook until rice is done. Remove the lid if necessary to evaporate excess water.
