Another full week is up ahead!  I was grateful to spend all day today (I had the day off!) outside with my children.  My husband took down a double-trunk hickory tree that was too near our house this weekend, and I worked on taking off the small branches and limbs while the kids had several adventures!  They ate lunch in their tree house, and we just really enjoyed this preview of spring!

Last week was just as busy as I thought it would be, but it was great!  The mushroom pasta dish that I made last week was so delicious.  I enjoyed every last bit of the leftovers!  Our friends who invited us over served us some delicious okonomiyaki and topped the evening off with a stunning homemade made-completely-from-scratch cake!  Our tummies were definitely happy last week 🙂
