1 12ozbeerat room temperature
1/3cuptomato paste
1/2teaspoondried basil
1/2teaspoondried oregano

Instructions
Cook sausages over medium heat until almost cooked through. Drain most of the grease from the pan.
Deglaze the pan with 1/2 of the beer, scraping at the bottom to loosen the browned bits. Add the peppers, onion, and garlic and cook until they become tender.
While the vegetables are cooking, slice the sausages (if desired). Add the sausage back to the pan, along with the tomato paste, basil, and oregano. Pour in remaining beer.
Simmer for 20 minutes, uncovered, until the sauce thickens. Serve immediately.
