We are back in the swing of things. Normal school and work schedules have resumed, and it is nice to get back into a routine. For last week’s menu plan, we were able to try the tortellini soup, and it was definitely a hit! This week, my son requested that we make Shepherd’s Pie and my husband requested Quiche Lorraine. It’s always so much easier to menu plan when I have a few suggestions from the family 🙂

Dinners
Shepherd’s Pie
Quiche Lorraine, mixed vegetables
Simple French dip sandwiches, corn
Mushroom Marsala Pasta Bake, peas
Lemon Chicken (new recipe to us), rice, steamed broccoli
Dinner at our friends’ house
Leftovers (our fridge is too full!)
