This week is going to be a busy one in the evenings, so I’m going to keep the meals pretty simple.  However, we are trying a new quick stir fry and a new salad recipe, mostly because they are fast and I have all of the ingredients on hand!

Dinners
Pizza Casserole
Asian Ground Beef Stir Fry
(new recipe to us)
Grape, Avocado, & Arugula Salad (new recipe to us)
Cajun Chicken Pasta, garlic bread
Dinner at our friends’ house (we are taking chocolate covered popcorn as a snack)
Dad’s choice (while I’m in class)
Leftovers
